Today is the last day of another year. I got a few miles in over the Holidays, but nothing really remarkable, so I won’t elaborate on any of those walks.
I am have now covered the Monon from Sheridan down to the Indiana School for the Blind at 78th Street. Pretty boring stuff, except for the cool monument there at the school.
I walked around Cicero, and at Koteewi, as well as the Monon. All of those miles this year, all of that time to think. All I really learned is that disappointment comes from within yourself, and how others make you feel is how you choose to let them make you feel. What you do with that knowledge, I do not yet know.
I also found out I can walk a long way. So off to the Knobstone next weekend. Happy New Year to everyone!
