Morocco Tacos

What you need:

Seven Sons Grass Fed Stew Beef

All organic leeks, celery, snow peas, green beans, broccoli, beef stock

Saffron Road Moroccan Simmer Sauce, tumeric, black peeper, grapeseed oil, flour tortillas

What you do:

Chop the beef and leeks, braise in grapeseed oil. Reduce to simmer, add 1/2 cup stock and vegetables. Add tumeric and black pepper, simmer 10 minutes.

Add simmer sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve folded in flour tortillas.

I paired these with a Mosacto’Di Asti.
