Beef Lo Mien

Winter time requires soupy, noodley dishes to keep us warm. This is what I made for dinner tonight. Alter to your tastes. I didn’t have any bean sprouts, but that would be nice in this too. You could add some heat too, if you like. This only takes about 15 minutes to make.

7 Sons Grass Fed Stew meat

All organic bok choi, celery, snow peas, onion, 1 quart vegetable broth

Roland’s Organic Lo Mien Noodles

Soy Sauce

Cut the beef up into smaller pieces and brown in grape seed oil with the onion.

Boil the broth, add a little to the beef too.

While the broth is coming to boil, add the vegetables and soy sauce to the beef, medium heat, cover.

Put the noodles in the boiling broth, cook 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the beef and veggies to the noddle pan, remove from heat.

Serve in a nice bowl, making sure to ladle some juice over the mixture.

Hot and comforting.

Pair with a semi sweet white wine, or a glass of water.
